Nature of the service
Nongbungi publishes job-seeker information that workers post themselves, and lets farm members search it and contact workers directly. We do not select, assign or mediate hiring. Working conditions and contracts are agreed directly between the parties.
Sign-up and verification
Members sign up with a Korean mobile number. Phone verification only confirms the use of the number and does not guarantee identity, the existence of a farm, skills or legal eligibility to work.
Member obligations
Post accurate information. Do not post others' contact details, encourage illegal work, or post abusive, sexual or advertising content. Farms may use viewed numbers only for job contact and may not share them.
Moderation
Posts are reviewed under the posting rules and may be hidden or rejected. Actions are logged and you may appeal via Contact.
Freshness
Worker info must be confirmed every 30 days or it is hidden automatically.
Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time; public info is removed immediately.
